Sous le responsabilité du Directeur de la Restauration, le Responsable Opérations F&B coordonne l’ensemble des opérations multiservices des points de vente restauration ( Restaurant, Terrasse, Bar Atrium, Room Service et Banquet). Il assure la mise en place et le contrôle des procédures et directives impliquant l’ensemble des services du département F&B. Il est garant de la communication inter services et doit être un support pour les responsables des différents services F&B dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs au quotidien, ainsi que le développement de leurs points de vente. Il est également responsable de la stricte application des standards et de la satisfaction des clients des différents points de vente. Il doit également assister le directeur du département dans le cadre de projets bien spécifiques ( ex : ouverture point de vente, lancement nouvelle offre, etc…)
