Research Internship – AI scientist for Medical Image Analysis (m/f/nb)

Tasks:

Design new neural network architectures and/or training strategies to push the state of the art

  • Benchmark performance with baseline algorithms
  • Interact with clinicians to integrate medical knowledge into training pipeline
  • Delivering inference code with productization standards
  • Contribute to the documentation of the team’s research (scientific publications, patents, technical documentations)

The position is based in Paris La Defense from the beginning of 2025.

Profile:

  • Current graduate students in Computer Science Master’s program
  • In depth knowledge of Machine Learning principles and practices
  • Hands-on coding skills in Python, Deep Learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), C/C++, and other relevant coding skills
  • Good knowledge in image processing and statistics is a plus
  • A first experience (project or internship) in medical imaging is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required
