The Global Delivery Organisation (GDO) is a successful team chartered with driving the business forward.

We are part of the “Global Enablement” team. We implement an impactful Training Experience across Distribution that cultivates a learning culture to increase employee efficiency and skill attainment, leading to higher business value at scale.

This involves leading and owning global enablement programs at a local level. The team works on the most pressing issues for the business and has hands-on involvement in making the fast-paced business unit a success.

Our team crafts and deliver extraordinary live and virtual experiences in EMEA from on-demand content to classroom and community based learning dedicated to enabling every seller around the world to do the greatest work of their lives. We do this for skills, do my job, product and industry from onboarding onwards. We are responsible for increasing the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, leveraging SMEs, peer-to-peer learning and strong regional partnerships.

We are now looking for an organized, hands-on Enablement Practitioner (EP) to partner with senior Enablement Business Partners and distribution leaders to bring localized sessions to a specific region. The EP is responsible for the program management, orchestration and facilitation of in-region, in-office, local language enablement sessions. This includes engaging SMEs in the customization of existing global content to address regional nuances.

As a key member of the our team, you’ll support our Value Chain through Discovery: sharing with partners identified opportunities for enablement locally to enhance the impact of global initiatives and curriculum by embedding it in the field, leveraging SMEs, peer-to-peer learning and strong regional partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Learning Circles to bring enablement to the local level and improve the efficiency of global initiatives
  • Provide production support to the Global Delivery teams, ensuring the smooth execution of training classes in local hubs
  • Work closely with Enablement Business Partners (EBPs) to understand needs of the business and serve as an authority on catalog of content
  • Work with cross functionally with Delivery Teams, EBPs, REWS, etc to deliver outstanding learning experiences
  • Identify and engage SMEs within the Salesforce for Salesforce (SF4SF) community to tailor global content for regional nuances
  • Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools
  • Lead operations of in-region programs:
  • Run registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Slack channels
  • Source delivery subject matter experts/ leader speakers and lead logistics
  • Lead survey analyses and CSAT tracking
  • Data and reporting
  • Build and manage relationships with partners inside and outside of Global Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Must be in office 3x a week

Target Skills/Experience

  • Strong interest in facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or some experience.
  • Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to partners across the organization.
  • Become catalog guide with ability to identify and propose solutions to regional teams and achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
  • Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Apply internal tools to supervise, report and analyze performance of programs
  • Change oriented. Works optimally in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously
