Payroll Execution in an international context
  • From March 2023, execute end to end processing of the monthly payroll and accounting activities (in-house processing on GlobalView),
  • Management of inbound and outbound expatriates payroll, impatriation measures/ tax relief, withholding tax,
  • Declaring, monitoring and payment of monthly, quarterly and annual social charges, including the production of the monthly DSN.
  • Monitoring of absences (sickness leave, work accidents, long-term sickness and disability cases),
  • Salary taxes, declaration and payments
  • Contact with French bodies (health insurance, life insurance, retirement bodies, URSSAF),
  • Administrative duties : UK/ US reports related to payroll data, headcount, final settlements, paid leave days reporting,

Monitoring and follow-up of accounting related to Human Resources

In relation with the business controllers and accounting team based in Europe:

  • Sending of necessary payroll supporting documents for accounting bookings, analysis and reconciliation
  • Monitoring of social charges and taxes for expatriate contracts

Profile

  • At least 5 years as a payroll administrator within an international environment
  • Strong technical French payroll knowledge
  • Pro-active attitude to problem solving and execution
  • Fluent in French
  • Proficient in English
  • Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Knowledge of payroll softwares « Hypervision » and ADP GlobalView
