A newly-created opportunity has arisen in our France OU for a proven Executive looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced individual to collaborate and partner with our Global Sales teams across our Major/Top Accounts in the region, to help build long term sales strategies driving innovative and creative solutions for our largest and most strategic customers, from ideation to value realisation, and solution demonstration. The role will report to our France CEO.
The role will help guide our largest and most strategic customers in close collaboration with our account teams and sales leaders. Her/his insights and experiences will be invaluable to the growth of our business with our most strategic customers
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Executive with great energy, leadership and initiative, to inspire and grow Global Sales for our Top Accounts across France.
- Help to build a long term, strategic focus on our key selling motions, with a specific focus on our largest accounts
- Establish/Strengthen our C-level and Executive engagement within the account(s), and more broadly in the market in general, capitalizing on deep industry knowledge and expertise
- Identify opportunities for repeatable sales engagements
- Provide thought leadership with internal and external teams throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Services and Product Teams and to support sales pursuits within our top accounts by providing advice and expertise around complex sales deal negotiations
- Help to develop unique value propositions and commercial proposals per key persona across our entire solution portfolio, that can transform our customer’s business , and have the vision to identify opportunities for expanding our partnerships
- Collaborate across EMEA and Globally to share key customer wins and to learn-from other Top Account teams
- Enhance our ability to create value for all our key stakeholders, by managing diverse teams (e.g. Business Value Services (BVS), Software Engineers, Architects) to drive long term creation value, and sustainable growth
- Expand our capability to create confidence with customer CxOs , leveraging our Salesforce Innovation Center, and Salesforce Exec Engagement capabilities
- Reduce complexity managed by AE and Retain HC to keep Customer Trust and stabilize org structure to drive longer Sales Cycles
- Establish Best Practices and identify opportunities for repeatable sales engagements
The candidate will be a high impact professional capable of driving outstanding business results
Required skills
- Ideal candidate should have played a C-level executive role with 20+ year experience and have in-depth knowledge of operating within large enterprises
- Strategic thinker, with proven experience in shaping and executing Digital Transformation in large enterprises
- Demonstration of change management and process improvement capabilities
- Exceptional track record of customer success
- Courageous communicator; not afraid to challenge the “norm”
- Proven ability to create and inspire high performing teams and manage via virtual teaming
- Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
- High-energy individual
- Possess a growth mindset and be eager to develop
