1Job Description- Booker Territory/ Division:PPFReports To:Sales DirectorBased:1 Rue Meyerbeer – 75009 ParisCompany Overview:Department OverviewThe sales department is composed of one Director supported by two chief bookers. The booker’s team is composed of 4 bookers and 1 sales analyst. Role SpecificationRole Objective:This department liaises with Exhibitors and is responsible for dating releases to ensure maximum exploitation of Paramount releases. Summary of Role Responsibilities:• Daily liaison with Exhibitors, including the booking of upcoming Paramount releases as well as back catalogue titles, ensuring maximum exploitation of all releases.• Building and sustaining a strong working relationship with both Independent and Major exhibitors• Data entry onto the Tobias system to ensure correct print dispatch details, correct invoicing of clients, including liaison with Finance Department.• Liaison with print dispatch ensuring that all bookings are correctly recorded. That all prints arrive within good time and that all prints are returned.• Liaising with EDI regarding, daily flash figures and transmission of data to Chiswick.• Assisting the Senior Sales Manager with all aspects of trailering.• Assisting the Finance Department in controlling the payments and invoicing of the Exhibitors.• Sending out the Booking confirmations and the Boxoffice – return – sheets. • Assisting in the booking of pre-release screenings and the security for such screenings as required.• Assisting the Senior Sales Manager as required.oCover for the Sales Assistant (Print Manager), as required:oLogging bookings and cross-referencing with dispatch sheetsoDealing with transport queries/issuesoLiaison with EDI re starters/finishers• Dealing with any queries and general filing and administrationPerson SpecificationQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEEssential• Excellent organisation skills• Good numerical skills• Clear communication skills
