As a Banker Professional within J.P. Morgan, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a team of Client Advisors, handling all aspects of daily business operations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our Private Banking clients. Your role will involve direct client communication and you will be working in a team-oriented environment alongside client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations, and technology teams to fulfill requests. Your passion for client service, coupled with your exceptional communication and relationship management skills, will be crucial in ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operational support to Bankers and wider integrated team, where appropriate
  • Help manage account opening / onboarding process with onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clients
  • Help support Bankers with updating account documentation / authorities & Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and within the role of managing client Periodic Review process
  • Help with business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients including subscription and content management
  • Help with team projects and admin (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting etc.)
  • Support to resolve ad hoc client queries and standard reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • University degree, in finance, law or business related subject
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • English & French fluent
