DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about bringing connectivity to underserved customers? Do you want to work in a dynamic team building, launching and operating a satellite service for consumers from the ground up?

The Project Kuiper Europe Consumer Business is looking for a talented individual to lead the France consumer business. This role is responsible for launching, scaling, and operating the residential broadband service for French consumers.

A successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization and adept at understanding how businesses work in France. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in consumer related products.

Key job responsibilities
– Develop the go-to-market strategy, business models, and distribution plans to launch the Project Kuiper residential broadband service in France
– Analyze, develop, and recommend consumer service plans, solutions, and models
– Engage in business development efforts and contract negotiations required to launch residential broadband service in France
– Develop bottom-up operating plans, pricing strategy, and demand forecasts
– Deliver comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders
– Prepare detailed business cases for justification of new opportunities
– Partner with legal, tax and regulatory to engage in business partnerships and local regulatory efforts
– Once operational, meet business goals, and deliver a fantastic customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
– Extensive experience of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
– Extensive experience of launching and scaling new technology products, services, or businesses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience thinking and working creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within a partner ecosystem
– Extensive experience in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription services
