Le Directeur des Services Evénementiels (F/H) encadre la vente et l’organisation des manifestations commerciales, groupes loisirs, avant, pendant et après l’événement. Il s’assure de l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes individuelles et équipe. Il s’assure de la pleine satisfaction des clients, mesurée par l’objectif annuel des ESS (enquête de satisfaction clients). Il s’assure que son équipe identifie les opportunités d’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires et développe la vente additionnelle de prestations adaptées et rentables selon l’objectif déterminé. Il est également responsable du développement et de la satisfaction générale des membres de son équipe.
Profile du candidat
- Diplôme d’études supérieures en hôtellerie, management etc.
- 4 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
