The Job

This is a maternity cover contract for 7-9 months

Aligned with the agreed marketing strategy and objectives, the Senior marketing executive will be responsible to manage marketing plans and activities of WarnerBros.Discovery’s kids media brands and kids B2B activities in France and French speaking territories, and provide coordination with all PR and Social kids functions.

Reports to the Marketing, PR and Digital Senior Manager (France & Africa).

The Daily

  • Briefing, planning and implementing, in coordination with creative & media agencies, 360° media and communication campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital) on both bought and owned media.
  • Leading internally and with third parties, campaigns development while ensuring on-schedule material deliveries & roll-out.
  • Writing creative briefs, develop project plans and checking creative assets development to ensure on-brand & qualitative campaigns.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results (according to media planning or marketing plan agreed).
  • Deep dive into customer data to provide clear customer insight which will inform future marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Being the lead contact for all trade marketing activities with key partners (distribution and advertising stakeholders). Ensuring constant communication updates regarding content pipeline and marketing activities; In charge of identifying and providing all required material to support content & marketing visibility across all point touches.
  • In charge of planning and implementing Trade Shows & trade activities to support management.
  • In charge of developing on-brands collaterals and premiums within agreed budget.
  • He/she will proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and Central Team to ensure successful franchise & program visibility in France.
  • He/she will oversee operationally trade marketing coordinator to plan and streamline trade marketing material order and delivery
  • He/she will partner with the sales/distribution team to develop B2B communication and sales material including case studies, recap decks, channels demo reel and trade fair branding…
  • He/she will contribute to create relevant and engaging case studies to support local strategic partnerships to expand WarnerBros.Discovery’s kids brands visibility towards current or new trade partners.
  • And will keep an eye on the market and competitive landscape.

The Must Haves

  • Extensive marketing/advertising experience within media/entertainment industry
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Track record of marketing across multiple platforms, TV, mobile, online, print and social medias
  • Experience of managing agencies and media buying
  • Experience in client/ partners relationship and management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Awareness of market trends and relevant technologies in traditional and new media
  • Budget management experience
  • Team orientated with a flexible approach
