We are now looking for an

HR Business Partner

 

to support our fast-growing Consumer Packaging business area. In this role, you focus on people development, organizational development, talent management and recruitments. You will work together with our country HR teams who are responsible for HR administration, employee relations, and payroll.

We are looking for a proactive HR professional with strong business mindset and experience from multinational organizations. We offer unique opportunity to be part of our journey to build a world class HR function.

Location is flexible, preferably on or close to one of our locations in Central Europe (Germany, France, Belgium).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving HR agenda to enable and support business area’s strategic direction and goals.
  • Advising and supporting business area management and managers on people development, recruitment, talent management and organizational development related topics.
  • Actively participate our group level HR management team’s work.
  • Proactively contribute and support development of group HR processes, practices, and tools.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role we expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • People focused, collaborative and supportive attitude
  • Proven Change Management skillset
  • Cultural understanding
  • M&A experience is considered beneficial
  • Fluent written and spoken English
