Customer Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

The Customer Delivery Specialist role within HPE Financial Services supports the Asset Management team. This organization is chartered to maximize the value of equipment returned at end of lease through its certified Pre-Owned and Asset Recovery Services. In this role you will support external sales representatives responsible for selling Certified Pre-Owned IT equipment to Resellers and Direct customers.

Your responsibilities will include working with sales, product management and technical resources within our technical resource center refurbishing center. You will act as the focal point for ensuring that specific orders are moving through the build process, escalating when needed, and completed per schedule. You will interact with several organizations through this process. The Customer Delivery specialist must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated Program, project experience is a plus.

Main Focus:

  • Responsible for working as an interface between our sales order admin team, sales, and our technology renewal center ensuring that sales / builds of our Certified Pre-owned system remain on track.
  • Focal point for escalations, to the back office sales support team, sales teams and management teams.
  • Ability to work with across both an order admin, sales environment as well as interfacing with our technical build teams

Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business support role or related
  • Ability to interface into a manufacturing, technical team as needed
  • Exhibits sound business judgment and has a solid understanding of basic business sales concepts and fundamentals
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as needed
  • Comfortable articulating situations to different levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experiencing interfacing, using a order tracking system
  • Basic Technical background or experience with hardware or software a plus
