YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

In your role, you’ll be responsible for a part of the commercial team across France, Belgium & the Netherlands. You will work closely together with the teams & its leaders to increase employee happiness. You work in a team of 5 HR Business Partners.

Here are a few examples of the key responsibilities you will have in your Junior HR Business Partner role

  • Culture: You work in partnership with the business to build a culture of leadership, partnership, ownership & growth mindset.
  • HR metrics: You analyse the yearly employee engagement survey results, keep track of diversity & attrition in your teams and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Employee Relations: You provide guidance to employees on HR policies & procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. And if needed, you handle complex employee relations situations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Leadership development: You coach & develop leaders & people manager, and help them to make the right people decisions and lead qualitative performance & growth discussions with their team members. You also support them in increasing their team effectiveness.
  • Talent management: You facilitate talent reviews for your team and create proactive succession & development plans that balance both the business need & employee’s career goal.
  • Training and Development: You coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR projects: You strategically define & lead HR projects (e.g. diversity and inclusion programs). You partner with HR practices teams (such as the Compensation & Benefits or Recruiting team) to create & implement business-oriented HR solutions (e.g. simplification of HR system).

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

– Fluent in French and English

– Master in HR or Business with proven passion for HR

– Apprenticeship or internship in HR field is a plus

– Strong communication & interpersonal skills

– A real teamplayer, with strong leadership skills

– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

– Strong emotional intelligence and resilience

– Proactive, solution-oriented and have a “can-do” attitude

– Data-driven with an analytical mindset

– Open to occasional international travel (mainly to Brussels/Rotterdam)
