This role will include tracking and reporting training completion, defining a training strategy aligned with legal and organizational requirements, and ensuring all staff have the necessary training to meet regulatory and professional standards. As additional requirements in other European countries arise, this role will work with the ES business partners in those countries to ensure that the necessary requirements are met.

    • Ensure training programs adhere to French labor law regulations (e.g., Compte Personnel de Formation – CPF, Plan de Développement des Compétences).
    • Manage and report on mandatory training hours and compliance with collective agreements
    • Work closely with the ES Business Partners in EMEA to ensure we are aligned with any other additional European rules and regulations
  • Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Collaborate with department heads to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis.
    • Evaluate training program effectiveness through participant feedback and measurable outcomes; suggest data-driven improvements.
    • Provide a consolidated country view of training development
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Partner with ES, Legal, The Business, and external French regulatory bodies to ensure training programs meet current standards.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate training schedules, expectations, and required employee participation.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Develop and implement training KPI’s, associated dashboards and tracking mechanisms to evaluate training compliance and improvement
    • Implement and maintain a tracking system to record employee training completions, certifications, and compliance with legal training requirements.
    • Generate and analyze training reports, ensuring that all required training is completed and that records are accurate and up to date.
    • Provide regular updates to HR and management on training completion rates and identify any areas requiring further attention.

Prepare detailed training reports for regulatory audits and internal reviews, maintaining precise documentation in compliance with French employment regulations.
