Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Associate (FTC) will play a key role in the relationship/communication between the marketing team and the sales team. Working on both the B2B and B2C sides of the business, as well as logistics and creative, the role offers an opportunity to discover the cinema business from both the distribution and exhibition sides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of in-cinema campaigns (DOOH, FOH, in foyer etc…): creative brief to marketing project managers and delivery to exhibitors
  • In charge of creative cinema material summaries (one sheets, standees, premiums etc…) in liaison with Marketing Project Managers, the Sales team and Facility Event for delivery to cinemas
  • In charge of social digital campaigns with advertising agencies of independent cinemas: Cine Society, Connect Access Dynamic
  • In charge of B2B newsletters (planning, creative agency brief)
  • In charge of premiums (collecting quantities from the various departments, liaising with service providers, managing shipments with Facility Event)
  • In collaboration with the digital agency Carburant, in charge of the Facebook B2B group ‘Universal Trade Marketing’
  • Support for creating purchase orders
  • Support for writing campaigns highlights and trade marketing presentations for head office
  • Support for special operations with exhibitors (stunts, happenings, Influencer events etc…)
  • Support for B2B Trade shows organization (Deauville, French Convention, Studio Show, Universal Tour)
  • Support for promotional talents tour organization (mostly for local acquisitions)

Qualifications

  • Rigorous, good organisational skills, autonomous
  • Taking initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
  • Speak English (required)
  • Strong interest in the world of cinema, distribution, exhibition and the media
  • First experience in the industry appreciated
