Job Overview
You will be the Order To Cash (OTC) primary contact in Europe and Australia (EUAU) under Financial Shared Service (FSS). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Service Delivery of Order-To-Cash operations performed by our third-party service provider and managing the inhouse operation team to ensure flawless service delivery in a consistent and standardized manner. Additionally, you will be required to provide strong process expertise from a technical and process perspective. You will also need to develop a strong partnership with markets accounting team and various other stake holders in the markets/ headquarter and participate/ assist in projects as per the requirement.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as a primary OTC process contact in Europe to connect with upstream and downstream team to drive process standardization and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with 3rd party business partner, monitor and review results completed by partner to ensure process accurately meets business needs. Ensure the efficiency, accuracy & internal control are in place.
- Rapidly capture changes in business operation and provide guidance as to the right process and procedures. Pro-actively coordinate across all parties to resolve escalated issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to derive business results and to optimize core working capital.
- Build functional excellence across OTC process’ to continuously improve the metrics.
- Develop sustainable solutions for all identified control gaps.
- Participate in future global transformation work and execute transformation.
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in English & French
- Strong OTC end to end process knowledge
- Exposure to people management
- Result oriented, proactive, agile
- Shared Service organization experience
- Customer first and process improvement driven mindset
- Ability to question, recommend, influence and lead process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the team and stakeholders
- Has multitasking skills and can prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Possess strong negotiating, and decision-making skills
- Advanced MS Office skills preferred (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong SAP knowledge would be advantage

Desired Profile
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum years of related experience required: 6 Years in Order-To-Cash domain
