Gestionnaire Formations EMEIA (h/f/nb)

The Education Coordinator EMEIA coordinates training activities for customers and/or employees.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with other teams to help form training plans, programs and schedules for customers and internal employees.
  • Develop and update administrative systems and processes to make them more efficient.
  • Maintain and update curriculum database and training records.
  • Prepare training material, such as prerequisite learning, instructional notes, feedback forms, trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
  • Help keep the organization of Education run smoothly by handling all administrative tasks. Coordinate general operations, serve as a point of contact for employees, customers, training partners, vendors, and training participants and ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
  • Book the classrooms and ensure they are properly set up. Office presence during training days to support instructors and participants, breaks management and coordination of transfers.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
  • Submit reports on training activities and results.
  • Ensure customers, employees, and vendors follow established policies.

About you:

  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience with HCM (e.g., Workday), and productivity software desired.
  • Fluency in French and English.
