Job Summary:
The Rates group at J.P. Morgan is a world leader in providing liquidity, sales ideas and risk management services across fixed income securities and derivatives for corporations, financial institutions and governments. Across the G10 currencies, from electronic government bond trading to tailored structured interest rate solutions, clients are able to transact seamlessly across our comprehensive product suite.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Rates Exotics Trading Desk in Paris. Our trading desk is responsible for market-making, executing, and risk-managing complex transactions and is part of the Global Rates Trading Team. The trades managed by the desk cover exotics rates pay-outs across most G10 currencies. The clients base covered by the desk is mostly comprised of:
- UK/Hedge Funds & Asset Managers
- Institutional clients in Europe
- Asia/Institutional investors
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior traders to execute and monitor trades, ensuring adherence to trading strategies and risk parameters
- Hedge and conduct risk analysis on existing and prospective trades with a view to creating two-way flow
- Work with Sales to meet client needs through innovation across our product spectrum

- Experience in Rates Products
- Understanding of non-linear risks
