At Amazon Fashion’s EU Marketing team, we are obsessed with making Amazon Fashion one of the most loved fashion destinations in Europe (and globally). As part of this mission, we are looking for a seasoned performance marketer to join our Softlines Marketing team to help build our growing paid media advertising programs.
The team is focused on leveraging all paid marketing platforms to grow the Amazon Fashion businesses, and is looking for a top-notch marketer who can drive our full year channel strategies, roll out successful campaigns, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner with our EU Central Marketing team in the EU, focusing on rolling out our agreed roadmap, running experiments, and scaling up successful strategies that drive consideration of Amazon Fashion, in partnership with engineering teams.
The primary objectives are to generate engagement of new and innovative ad formats and directly generating revenue. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in digital marketing, project management, and in using Excel to deep dive data and make recommendations.
Furthermore, you will be highly innovative and comfortable driving new programs from conception through execution in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
This role can also be based in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Munich.

• Create the marketing strategy for paid media advertising programs across potential channels including: Paid Social, Paid Search, Creators and display.
• Run regular analytics reports and deep dives to track performance of traffic channels versus prior year performance and key benchmarks
• Quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings
• Identify and define and collaborate with EU Marketing on experimentation agenda
• Partner with engineering teams to design and carry out well-structured experimentation plans for year (including tracking, measuring, and reporting).
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and teams to iterate on objectives and opportunities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience with Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience in marketing or marketing research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience of Python
