Le Riviera Marriott Hotel la Porte de Monaco is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator !

This role is pivotal in driving the marketing and sales efforts of our hotel and restaurant & bar, with a focus on field marketing, social media, and website management. The ideal candidate will also actively engage in sales missions targeting specific European markets to enhance the Riviera Marriott La Porte de Monaco presence and drive revenue growth.

POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans to promote our hotel and restaurant & bar.
Coordinate and participate in local events, trade shows, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
Website Management:
Maintain and update the hotel’s and restaurant & bar’s websites to ensure accurate and current information.
Work with our DFM (Digital Field Marketing) team to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Follow the DFM SEO strategies recommendations to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Sales Missions:
Conduct proactive sales missions targeting specific European markets to promote our hotel and restaurant & bar.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, DMcs, Conference organizers and corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
General Duties:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, website performance, and sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CMS platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
