Nous recherchons un « Responsable Financier et Fiscal » en CDI
– Responsable de la préparation des états financiers en collaboration avec les équipes finances et opérationnelles ainsi que des prestataires de services tiers.
– Préparer et valider les liasses fiscales, les annexes aux comptes, les rapports de gestion, les tableaux de financements, ainsi que le secrétariat des sociétés associées.
– Gérer les éléments prévisionnels financiers
– Interagir avec les différents acteurs comptables et fiscales ainsi qu’effectuer toutes les déclarations.
– Certifier et valider les résultats financiers mensuels US GAAP et assurer durant l’année une réconciliation entre les deux normes comptables US et French.
– Collaborer avec les prestataires de services tiers (cabinets conseils) et internes (Corporate Tax) pour mener a bien les audits fiscaux et statutaires.
– Être le/la référent(e) de l’entreprise en cas de contrôle fiscal sur les entités juridiques de l’environnement de Coca-Cola Midi SAS en assurant la conformité comptable et fiscale de l’entreprise vis-a-vis de la réglementation française.
– Liste des tâches non exhaustives qui pourra évoluer en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
- Le/la titulaire de ce poste est un Business Partner et engage de manière proactive la direction générale et financière, les parties prenantes de l’entreprise, CAC ou d’autres conseillers fiscaux, ainsi qu’avec les clients de l’entreprise et des unités opérationnelles, et collabore étroitement avec les services financiers et d’autres services support de la Enterprise Services et Finance Hub a laquelle l’équipe est rattachée.
- Le/la titulaire œuvre dans l’intérêt de l’entreprise, est en charge de communiquer des opportunités auprès de la direction, d’apporter de la valeur ajoutée au système et de faire remonter d’éventuelles problématiques et risques fiscaux.
- Le/la titulaire est un(e) acteur(trice) clé de la résolution des problèmes financiers.
- Vous bénéficiez d’une longue et solide expérience en Finance/Comptabilité dans un environnement multinational ou dans un cabinet d’expertise comptable (idéalement un des top 4). Une expérience des Shared Services est un plus.

You are responsible for accounting, tax reporting and financial reporting (French GAAP and US GAAP), as well as accounting and tax compliance for French legal entities belonging to the Coca-Cola Group. These entities operate as part of a tax-integrated group.
– Responsible for the preparation of financial statements in collaboration with the finance and operational teams as well as third-party service providers.
– Prepare and validate tax returns , appendices to accounts, management reports, financing tables, as well as the secretariat of associated companies.
– Manage financial forecasts , both those related to legal obligations and those necessary from an operational point of view (cash flow forecasts in terms of dividends and taxes).
– Interact with the various accounting and tax players as well as make all declarations.
– Certify and validate the monthly financial results in accordance with US GAAP and ensure a reconciliation between the two US and French accounting standards during the year.
– Collaborate with third-party (consulting firms) and in-house (Corporate Tax) service providers to carry out tax and statutory audits.
– Be the company’s referent in the event of a tax audit on the environmental legal entities of Coca-Cola Midi SAS by ensuring the company’s accounting and tax compliance with French regulations.
– Non-exhaustive list of tasks that may evolve according to the needs of the company.
The incumbent of this position is a Business Partner and proactively engages with the general and financial management , the company’s stakeholders, CAC or other tax advisors, as well as with the clients of the company and the business units, and collaborates closely with the financial services and other support services of the Services Platform to which the team is attached.
The incumbent works in the interest of the company, is in charge of communicating opportunities to management, bringing added value to the system and reporting any tax issues and risks.
The incumbent is a key player in the resolution of financial problems.
You have a long and solid experience in Finance/Accounting in a multinational environment or in an accounting firm (ideally one of the top 4). Experience in Shared Services is a plus.
