Le Demi-chef de Partie a avant tout un rôle opérationnel. Il/Elle assure la mise en place, réalise les plats, choisit les produits qui serviront à leur élaboration et applique et fait appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
Profil recherché:
Expérience :
• Minimum 1 an d’expérience en cuisine
Compétences :
• Etre en possession d’un CAP Cuisine, un Bac professionnel ou un BTS
• Etre capable de réaliser des services importants
• Savoir travailler en équipe
• Etre organisé, rigoureux
• Avoir le sens des responsabilités
• Réaliser la chaîne des opérations dans la stricte application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
• Management d’équipe
