Are you passionate about leverage Amazon’s scale to bring goodness to local communities and SMBs? If so, we’re looking for a Product Manager to scalably work on impact initiatives for France and Belgium.
This role requires working with business owners, local and central teams to define strategy, requirements, and roll-out plans. To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on roadmap updates, risks, and iterations. Cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, data deep dives and executive communication skills and exercising good judgement are core to this role.

• Define impact strategy per country.
• Leverage skills/experience in other teams and work with cross functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with international partner teams to identify synergies and projects to be scaled to FR and BE
• Seeking out ways to scale and streamline our efforts to generate maximum local impact
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with practical work experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably on large, complex data-driven product initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
