DESCRIPTION

At Amazon, our mission is to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you’d like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online, this is your chance to make history.

Job summary
We are looking for an innovative, dynamic individual to join our AMZL Learning Team supporting Amazon Logistics in France as a Learning Business Partner (LBP).
We are transforming the way we do development. We are customer-obsessed and innovative in our efforts to increase leadership capability. This means we build our own highly customized and targeted solutions that directly serve the business. We utilise critical analysis of our talent, business, and learner needs, working backwards to define solutions and achieve the best outcomes.

LBPs are responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders, leading learning opportunities, and managing development initiatives across our operations. LBPs are passionate about developing leaders – advocating on their behalf to internal stakeholders across the business. They communicate clearly and concisely in order to motivate others to action and manage complex projects with often competing priorities. Being self-starters, they demonstrate a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to continuously improve the learning experience.

This position will require occasional travel to operational sites (including internationally) when conditions allow.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead learning and development initiatives for France.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand the development landscape in their business, address immediate development needs, and plan for future growth.
• Partner with other internal teams to champion the learner experience and improve development offerings.
• Own the end-to-end development and execution of new learning interventions across multiple business lines/regions.
• Promote adoption of core development opportunities to learners and remove barriers to completion.
• Evaluate and resolve learner problems quickly.
