We are looking for an experienced software engineer to become the go-to build & release engineer for confirming the state of things deployed.
In this role, you will:
Support our TPMs and engineering staff by ensuring that all necessary features are released
Collect and monitor criteria for go/no-go decisions for build deployment
Automate and manage the build process for software releases
Deploy software builds to the cloud platform efficiently and reliably
Maintain and improve our Jenkins continuous integration pipelines and advise the team on best CI practices
Ensure that customer requirements are met in each software build
Integrate tooling (linters, static checks, etc.) that helps detect issues early and improve code quality
Maintain detailed release notes for each build
Document the build and deployment processes for internal use
We would love to hear from you if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience OR a Master’s degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience
You have deep experience working in Linux environments
You are proficient in Python and Bash
You are comfortable with CMake
You have knowledge of compilers and linkers, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to them
Employees within a 100-kilometer radius of our Paris office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration. Aside from these office-specific “core days,” this job allows for virtual/remote, hybrid, and in-office workplace options.
