What you’ll do:
The EMEA Finance BPO serves as as a subject matter expert for Finance and is responsible for driving process improvement, solution planning, functional design & governance, testing, training and support activities. To achieve the objectives of the role, the EMEA Finance BPO will support the Electrical EMEA Finance leadership team in managing the activities of the local resources participating in the completion of process improvements and system-related projects & strategic projects. This position will report to the EMEA Finance RBPO Manager.
- Finance governance ownership for updates,regression testing and delivery of centralization & automation globally
- Evaluate business and technical needs of the encompassing aspects for the financial process area across Electrical EMEA
- Serve as process subject matter expert and owner for the respective domain of responsibility
- Leads and drives fit gaps, identifying process and system implementation best practise and standardization
- Lead & direct UAT events, communications, training, training material creation and assess change readiness activities in alignment with local BPOs
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps
- Supports development of standard business processes and practices per domain
- Finance digital leader for solution development in conjunction with the DFI team
- Finance digital governance steward for data health & quality monitoring
- Represents the functional needs and priorities per domain on internal councils
- Assist and support integration of process changes into the Organization via change management methodologies (ADKAR)
- Management to effectively mitigate key risks and resolve with quality solutions
- Working knowledge of SAP preferably ECC6 specifically in FI-CO modules
Qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related field (Prefered but not essential)
- 5 Years in business design analysis, setup and ERP (predominantly SAP)
- Strong Finance operational experience coupled with SAP FICO working knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills and adeptness in the art of persuasion. Excellent understanding of Finance, Controlling, accounting and in depth knowledge of Eaton reporting processes. Highly analytical. Fluent in English written & spoken. Experience interacting with senior management. Cross Cultural adepteness.
