The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Your goal will be to develop your own abilities through work experience, tutoring and training.

Missions

As part of your internship, you will be responsible for optimizing processes on a production line (eliminating technical or organizational losses). As a continuous improvement project, your internship will involve various phases:

  • Observation and data collection in the field
  • Management of the PDCA cycle of changes and data analysis
  • Setting up and monitoring action plans
  • Coaching operators to increase their capability

Job Qualifications

Are you the student we are looking for?

  • Master’s or Engineering School level (Bac+4/5)
  • Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, logistics
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Collaborative spirit and a taste for the field
  • Good level of English
