The Strategic Sales department collaborates with our customers and retailers to develop our sales throughout a strong partnership and concretes actions around 4 areas: the Price, the Product, the Position in store and Discounts.

Potential Start Date : Sept 2024

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :

Objectif du poste : Développer une croissance durable et profitable du portefeuille des marques P&G auprès des clients de la Francap au niveau national (G20, CocciMarket, Coccinelle, etc …).

Points principaux

1. Élaboration de business plan

– Analyser le business de la francap pour comprendre les opportunités et les défis actuels.
– Identifier les leviers de croissance tels que les promotions, l’assortiment des produits, et le merchandising afin d’optimiser la présence des marques.

2. Négociation et développement client
– Mener des négociations sur les unités de base promotionnelles pour maximiser les ventes.
– Développer et optimiser l’assortiment de produits ainsi que la part de linéaire chez les clients.
– Assurer une communication fluide des données logistiques nécessaires pour les changements de produits et veiller à la bonne exécution des opérations en magasin et sur les plateformes digitales.

3. Suivi des promotions et gestion administrative
– Suivre l’efficacité des promotions en termes de paiements, contrats de mandat, et catalogues.
– Gérer le budget promotionnel, en élaborant des prévisions par catégorie et en assurant un suivi quotidien pour s’aligner avec les stratégies et les directives internes.
– Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes logistiques pour garantir une bonne coordination des activités.

Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF :

  • You are preparing a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University.
  • You have ability to lead projects and have a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and you are a team player.
  • Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organized.
  • You are proficient in French and in English.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.

Apprenticeship course: ideally 3 weeks out of 4 at work.
