In this role you will impact our Belgian customers experience directly. As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with PanEU Vendor Management and central teams across Vendor Management workstreams to drive implementation of PanEU vendor management for BE, and scalable solutions to ensure the success of Emerging Stores in the PanEU context. Managing the team, you will drive BE integration into EU across AVN, AoN, AVS, Deals, and Vendor Onboarding, ensuring EU mechanisms and are adapted for BE and other EU Emerging Stores, with the ultimate goal of driving BE’s flywheel, and delivering on growth and NetPPM targets.
The job will include :
• Collaborate with EU9 and Emerging Stores POCs and Subject Matter Experts to audit EU mechanisms and change where necessary to accommodate Belgium.
• Leveraging skills/experience in Vendor/ Category Management, work with cross functional stakeholders to define a plan to deliver growth, selection, and profitability for Belgium
• Work closely with internal partners across the EU to align efforts and deliver results.
• Seek out ways to automate and simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity
• Drive EU mechanisms improvement in collaboration with EU9 integration leadership and EU GL leadership
• Own BE and Emerging Store tracking and deepdives across owned workstreams
• Advocate for Vendor Management relevant feature / program parity in Belgium
• Drive deal strategy and execution for France and Belgium

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with practical work experience
• min 5 years of product/projet management experience, preferably on large, complex data-driven product initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias toward making data-based decision and comfortable with analysis
• Ability to Earn Trust, influence others, and deliver results through other teams.
• Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Negotiations/ vendor management experience strongly preferred
