Procter & Gamble Amiens plant, located in the Somme department, is the largest P&G production site in Europe and the 2nd largest in the world. You should have the right technical curiosity and understanding to develop innovative ways to big problems, also you have to have knowledge of bring together and analysis of times and movements of processes.

As an Engineering Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Lead and supervise design, construction, and equipment validation activities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout project lifecycle.
  • Track project expenses, manage budgets, and provide regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

You are the candidate we are looking for if you have:

  • Master degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Good mastery in English and good understanding of technical language
  • Meaningful experience in project management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in software and tools related.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
