The Past, Present & Future
The Past: Uberall was founded in 2013 by David Federhen and Florian Hübner, two longtime friends with a vision to improve customer experience across the online and offline worlds. They created a platform that connected companies with local customers in the digital-first moment.
The Present: We’re on a mission to empower businesses to thrive locally, and believe every business deserves success, regardless of size or location. Simply put, our location marketing platform exists to help our customers get found online and connect with customers through search, discovery, engagement, and conversion.

Our content team is looking for a highly creative and energetic Content Marketer who’s keen to experiment with new content formats and is excited to learn about location marketing. The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Content and will have the exciting opportunity to lead Uberall’s global calendar of multi-format lead generation and thought leadership content. You’ll own the production of our Local Marketing Beat podcast and will work closely with our local marketing experts on ideating, planning, and producing creative and engaging content. You’ll also align with the demand generation team on campaign goals and execution and will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of our lead generation assets.
Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a global editorial calendar that aligns with business objectives, target audience, and brand voice.
- Write, edit, and oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized long-form content including blog posts, reports, e-books, and interactive web content.
- Plan, write, and oversaw the creation of engaging interactive content including webinars, podcasts, live events, and speaking presentations.
- Manage the production of the Local Marketing Beat podcast.
- Plan and manage the repurposing and distribution of lead generation assets including reports, ebooks, webinars, and podcasts.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends to produce insightful and informative content that resonates with Uberall’s target audience.
- Collaborate with our internal experts and key stakeholders across the company to amplify Uberall’s position as a thought leader in local marketing.
- Work with internal teams and external content contributors, influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content.
- Show how content marketing initiatives and assets contribute to our shared marketing goals by regularly monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Ensure that all content is consistent with the Uberall brand and tone of voice.
- Ensure that all content is engaging, helpful, and original.
Your Profile:

- You have worked at least 3-5 years as a content marketing manager or writer in B2B SaaS, ideally in the martech space. Even better if you have a good understanding of the location-based marketing industry and want to learn more about local marketing and local SEO.
- You have exceptional writing and editing skills and can adapt your style and tone of voice to global audiences.
- Experience in creating content for Northern American audiences will be a plus.
- You can share a strong portfolio of long-form content such as ebooks, reports, and interactive web content.
- You have bold ideas on how to create content that sets us apart from competitors and helps our audience to solve their problems.
- You’re naturally curious and always thinking of new ways to improve the quality of the content you create and the efficiency of content production processes.
- You have experience in managing the production, distribution, and repurposing of video, audio, and interactive content assets including ebooks, webinars, and podcasts.
- You understand the ins and outs of project managing cross-functional content projects and collaborating with creative and demand generation teams.
- You think strategically and analytically and can derive actionable insights from content performance data.
- You’re proficient in SEO best practices and content optimization.
