Role Description:
ClickOut Media’s People Operations Analysts support all our workers (perm/contract) in all entities and locations by managing all incoming queries, managing changes within the key HR systems (Deel, HiBob), onboarding employees and improving all processes to increase efficiency.
Core Tasks:
Be the first point of contact for daily queries/questions from employees:
- Manage HR Inbox – answer, direct to HR KnowledgeBase, assign to others
- Onboard new employees to HR systems and all associated communications
- Offboard employees from HR systems and all associated communications
- Process data changes for workers
- Process design across all elements of responsibility to reduce clicks, duplications, increase automation and increase efficiency
- Supporting projects within the team
