Job description
- Work directly with Keyrock’s CEO on transversal strategic initiatives, both internal and external
- Be a representative of Keyrock’s CEO, both internally and externally where relevant
- Lead the implementation of strategic projects and processes across the organisation
- Gather feedback company-wide to create or improve internal processes and communication flows
- Develop actionable plans to address the most pressing internal issues
- Kickstart the implementation of scalable solutions
- Facilitation of management offsites, planning and facilitating executive team meetings, OKRs planning etc.
- Work closely with Keyrock’s executive team to align the strategic topics the team is working on and maximise the efficiency of the executive team’s collaboration
- Act as a strategic sounding board for Keyrock’s CEO, including
- External research
- Gathering market insights
- Strategic planning, both long and short term
- Be the first member of a newly created “Office of the CEO”, shaping the format, mandate and scope of the office
Background and experience
- 4+ years of management consulting or similar experience within Tier-1 organisations
- Significant track record of delivered projects
- Knowledge and experience within capital markets is a clear plus
- At least a demonstrable personal interest in digital assets and trading
Competences and personality
- Diplomatic, a strong communicator, and experienced in intense collaborations with C-Suite executives
- Driven and entrepreneurial, with a knack for getting things done/delivering results
- Very strong project/delivery management and organisational skills
- High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation and presentation
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence
- Ability to unite and integrate diverse stakeholders and departments to implement solutions on shared issues
