Job Summary

A Commercial District Manager is a first line sales manager that manages a team of Commercial Territory Reps and Commercial Account Managers to achieve allocated sales goals. A District Manager has a passion for serving customers, skilled at building internal and external partnerships. A District Manager is a strong sales leader and coach. A District Manager is results driven and develops long-term strategies and shorterterm sales plans to meet revenue, cloud penetration and customer add growth goals.

This role is focused on developing growth in Mid-Market Private Sector and Public Sector Local Government.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.

• Strong relationship building and negotiating skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams

• Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

• An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

• Experience as a seller with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas for contiguous, multiple years

. • A demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.

Education

• A minimum of 8 years experience as a field seller and 1 year as a people manager required
