DESCRIPTIF DE L’OFFRE

– Contribuer à l’image de l’Hôtel en appliquant et en faisant appliquer les procédures
– Contrôler les prestations servies aux clients y compris les prestations en chambres
– Gestion des stocks
– Respecter les procédures d’hygiène et de sécurité
– Préparer les boissons chaudes et réaliser des recettes autour du café (Latte, Cappuccino…) en respectant les standards
– Élaboration de boissons et de cocktails sans alcool
– Faciliter la bonne coordination du service avec la salle
– Connaître les menus du restaurant
– Maintenir en état les rangements et veiller à la propreté des outils de travail
– Former l’équipe sur les connaissances café
