– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of experience demonstrating successful delivery of large-scale programs and delivering new products

DESCRIPTION
This role is for a fixed term contract of 12 months.
EU Books team is looking for a Product Manager to support FR Books Business and drive EU strategic projects and programs related to Growth and Profitability. The initiatives span long and short term and vary in scope across UK and EU. They all require active engagement with multiple stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, across functions.
As Product Manager, you will:
• Lead strategic Books projects and innovations (with a strong focus on Business Development), interacting with Books, non Books and external stakeholders,
• Be a key Partner for the FR Books team leading specific FR Projects, Dive-deeps, relationship with stakeholders, interacting with other teams including pricing and Books Demand team
• Ensure scalability and synergies across Books countries on both inputs reporting and analysis/findings/solutions
• Have the opportunity to support Books EU and/or WW projects
• Be part of a EU PM team, acting in synergic way across MPs.
A successful candidate will:

• Showcase a strong mix of analytical, program management and influential skills
• Be able to work cross-functionally and drive the project end-to-end, analyze complex sets of data and deal with ambiguity, break down the problem into solutions, map out stakeholders, and define deliverables, timelines and mechanisms to track progress and continuously improve.
• Be able to operate in key Amazon retail tools and extract data using queries
• Know English and French
• The role provides a blend of opportunities to work with with EU and WW partner program teams, build a vast network within the business, build expertise in all aspects of the PM role and innovate on behalf of our customers and vendors.

– Experience in management consulting, product management or sales management
