Cryptio is an enterprise back-office platform for enterprises adopting digital assets. Our suite of products helps financial institutions, corporates and crypto-native companies navigate the fragmented digital-asset landscape with confidence.

We are a Series-A company, backed by tier-1 VCs (crypto and non-crypto): Point Nine, BlueYard, Draper Associates (Tim Draper’s fund), Alven or Coinshares. Some of our clients include top crypto companies like Uniswap or Metamask as well as banks and governments.

Location

We are a remote-first company and require you to be based in either London or Paris.

 


Responsibilities
  • Increase adoption of the Cryptio product suite by:
    • Improving the onboarding and customer journey, with a large focus on data
    • Building internal back-office tools
    • Leading special product projects for key accounts
  • The different product areas you will own are:
    • Data ingestion (exchanges APIs, third party connectors)
    • Special (data) projects for Key Accounts
    • Back-Office tools
    • Product data: feature adoption monitoring, performance monitoring and analysis
    • Customer adoption of new features
  • You will lead a squad of 3 software engineers

     


Requirements
  • Background as a data scientist or software developers
  • 2y+ product management experience in a top product team
  • Experience in crypto, finance, trading is a big plus
  • Able to collaborate, communicate with and align different stakeholders: customers, internal consultants, your own technical resources and other squads.
    • You are the main point of contact for key customer projects both internally and externally liaising directly with customers
  • Good product management skills
    • Work with the internal stakeholders (consultants, account managers, other squads) and clients to ensure the right tickets are prioritised
    • Ensure that your technical team fully understands the context and what is required to be achieved from your tickets
    • You are at ease with product analytics
  • Strong data and tech skills
    • You can understand technical / API documentation
    • You can research and benchmark API products using a programming language or a GUI client such as Postman
    • You can read / research logs and you can connect them to what’s visible in the UI
    • You have a high level understanding of tech infrastructure, databases, software development processes, etc
