We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Success Programme Manager to join our organization, playing a pivotal role in driving and leading French initiatives and programs that champion workforce and organizational transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, the senior leadership team, and other partners to develop and implement projects and strategies covering all topics around local employee legal requirements, compliance, organization design, process improvements, and ensure the successful adoption of the new initiatives in France. The ideal candidate will possess strong program manager experience, excellent communication skills, and a consistent track record of leading successful implementation projects in France.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement comprehensive plans that enable successful adoption of organizational transformation initiatives in France.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key team members to identify transformational opportunities, define project scope, establish project objectives, and identify the relevant key partners to engage.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and risks, and develop mitigation plans in alignment with key project collaborators.
  • For each initiative, identify and bring together strong project teams, including subject matter experts and decision-makers, to jointly develop project plans, agree on project landmarks, decision points to drive forward, and deliver program outcomes.
  • Define and set up regular operating rhythms to track progress, prioritize initiatives based on local requirements, and lead regular status reporting on all initiatives in France.
  • Support the comms and Business Partner teams to create and deliver compelling change communications and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and promote understanding and acceptance of changes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring consensus for transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and change agents, ensuring consistent application of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts (e.g., focus on margin contribution, productivity and cost efficiencies, and HR metrics).
  • Identify and address resistance to change, proactively managing team members’ concerns and ensuring their engagement throughout the transformation process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project/Programme manager or in a similar role, leading large-scale transformation programs within complex or matrixed organizations with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in Employee Success/HR working across multiple partners/functions.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and lead change across the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in dealing with and collaborating with Works Councils, ideally in France.
  • Industry-recognized project management and/or change management qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in dealing with French data requirements, e.g., BDSE reporting, etc., advantageous.
  • Experience in French employee/HR compliance requirements and delivery of similar projects advantageous.
  • Experience in dealing with external vendors regarding compliance and legal guidance is advantageous.
  • Consulting experience with a track record of delivering transformation and programmes in an HR function advantageous.
  • Fluent French & English is essential with a third European language a plus.
