What you’ll be doing
As an Apprentice in Digital Marketing and Analytics, you will assist our Marketing Communication team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support various marketing projects and initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders in the marketing department to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to learn about business analysis while contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Your primary mission will be to:
- Collect performance data related to external and internal communication channels.
- Develop code to enhance data pipelines and automate processes, reducing manual workload for database population.
- Create and proactively monitor reports (Power BI scorecards, Sprinklr Dashboards)
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders (PowerPoint presentation)
- Collaborate within Marketing to identify relevant meaningful metrics for each project and translate them into useful metrics. (Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops,)
- Derive insights, expose opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to drive performance.
Depending on your skills development and the team’s projects, your missions may evolve during your apprenticeship.
This 12 or 24-month apprenticeship is based in Lyon (France) and is available from September 2024.
What you’ll bring
- Enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communication and data sciences related field.
- You have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), and a strong ability to bring together, analyze, and interpret marketing data.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Proficiency and understanding of statistical and analytical tools (for example: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- You are open-minded and able to network, collaborate and influence others to contribute.
