Looking for a strong B2B marketer that will support us to scale our acquisition efforts, maximize our retention rate, and build a strong brand within the restaurant industry. You will drive a consistent experience across all touch points for our restaurant partners, both our prospects and our clients. Your role will be transversal and you will be working with local and central marketing teams and our local sales teams on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the B2B marketing Plan. You will be responsible for defining the holistic B2B marketing plan, coordinating the activities within it and proactively liaising with the French Sales team and Marketing functions.
  • Monitor closely the efficiency of each marketing activity and suggest optimizations to our lead generation efforts in conjunction with the Central Sales team and Local Sales teams.
  • Performance marketing: in coordination with Central teams, adapt SEA campaigns to local needs, monitor efficiency and implement optimizations when needed. Explore and test other paid channels.
  • Brand content: Define our content marketing approach to support our acquisition and retention aims, create the content required and orchestrate its implementation during the year. Coordinate, maintain and publish content on our B2B Blog and social pages together with the local brand team.
  • NPS: Own and grow customer satisfaction (NPS) by identifying drivers of satisfaction & irritants through the NPS of restaurants and follow up to take actions to improve French B2B NPS.
  • Communications: Ensure all of our B2B communications are aligned with our brand strategy, guidelines and ambition. Collaborate with our central and local communication teams to develop and realize public and industry relation campaigns. Collaborate and support the Industry Relation team on B2B events.
  • CRM: Suggest and align with Central CRM teams France on CRM strategies and monthly plans in order to develop partner restaurants advocacy and build attractiveness of our solutions to our prospects.
  • Benchmark: Remain abreast of the competitive landscape through insightful benchmarks to identify key opportunities for differentiation.

Main qualifications

  • French native and intermediate level of English
  • Around 5-6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role. An experience in a Saas company is a plus.
  • You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to demonstrate assertiveness to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • You have some knowledge in one of these tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Drupal, Hubspot, Pardot, Google Ads
