Job Description

As a Territory Manager you will be an Oral Care product and scientific expert and work with dental professionals (DPs) to drive usage and recommendation (U&R) of Oral B products. You will develop the practice via face-to-face meetings including product demonstrations of the latest cutting-edge Oral-B technology, samples, educational lunch meetings and occasional attendance at Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs and Scientific Exchanges. You will influence Dental professionals’ U&R and drive conversion to purchase, so impacting directly our Sales.

KEY DECISIONS

  • You do have clear metrics and targets associated to reach every day > Fiscal year to develop our business not forgetting your self and others/ the team
  • While priorities are very clear, tools (programs) to influence U&R will be adapted to each DP profile, under the TM’s ownership, autonomy. Tools are here to help, aid but quality of the call will be highly correlated to the prep and TM’s value added
  • Supervision: your manager will Co Drive with you 10 times a year (minimum), other managers would also join from time to time.
  • TM will be part of Unit (10 people +/-) with regular connects and to a larger extend with entire France team (2 Face to face sales meeting per Year + 1 congress)

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service and (scientific) selling, Persuasive Selling mastery
  • Strong relationship building and exhibit a service minded attitude
  • Oral Health / Healthcare strong appetite & passion
  • Growth mindset, ‘Can do’ attitude & Leadership
  • Autonomy, Agility, priority setting and operational discipline to Win in any context
  • Team worker, Able to share and reapply to grow yourself, the business and others.
  • Digital literacy, knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, Power BI ideal.
  • Presentation skills are essential (to small / large groups)
  • Fr Resident permit and Valid Driving License in Fr is mandatory
  • Bac +3/5 level
  • Proficient in English and French
