For our data centers in the Paris area (“CDG Cluster”) we are looking for a Data Centre Security Manager (DSM) to manage the day by day physical security operations of our sites.

Under the direct leadership of the Cluster Security Manager, the DSM maintains the physical security posture of his assigned sites with the support of the security guard force vendor.

Key job responsibilities
Responds swiftly and calmly to Security situations as they arise, based on the direction of the Cluster or Regional Security Manager.

Supports the on-site contractor Security team as the primary security contact during the shift and provides guidance based upon existing Physical Security Standards and local SOP’s.

Reports all unusual events to the Cluster Manager in a timely manner.

Provides guidance and direction to the contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department.

Oversees access control systems and badge deliveries.

Investigates security events via the alarm and CCTV monitoring system.

Cooperates and coordinates with the Security Operation Center (SOC) during security incidents or any other security related matter.

Creates and constantly improves procedures, processes and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas of improvements.

Develops specific knowledge of the various operational process paths within the Data Center to identify security vulnerabilities.

Perform various security inspections, audits and investigations as required and as instructed.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Paris, FRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of experience within similar role in the public or private security industry.
– 3+ years of continuous use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
– 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction
– Must have participated in at least 3 incident management drills/ events
– Candidate must have or be eligible to pass the SSIAP1 and TFP APS

Candidate must have the ability to be on-call to support out-of-hours emergency activities at nights and weekends remotely and on-site.

They must have a valid driving license and be eligible to drive in France.
