An opportunity exists in our EMEA Slack Sales organisation for an experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment! We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Leader who will play a key role in driving strategic sales initiatives across Enterprise and Commercial customers for France.
Role Description:
As RVP of Slack Sales for France, this leader will be responsible for executing the Slack sales strategy in Enterprise and Commercial segments and will lead a team of Account Executives, supporting the Slack business.
Your Impact:
- Execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of Slack in France
- Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for the assigned markets.
- Engage at the C-level in customer organizations.
- Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team.
- Continue to grow and manage a team of high performers, developing the next generation of talent at Slack and Salesforce, while building a diverse team.
- Support Account Executives by participating in and leading client executive meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Mentor and professionally develop AE’s with strategies to ensure high closure rates and effective opportunity identification.
- Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit.
- Build strong team unity and internal connections, fostering collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide detailed and accurate weekly sales forecasts to the relevant Sales Leadership.
- Work closely with various functions and peers across the organisation to establish and develop strong, collaborative partnerships, ensuring continued success.
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with proven leadership skills leading teams in the Enterprise and Commercial segments
- Demonstrated ability to create and inspire a successful team, with a consistent track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
- Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and active team participation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of inspiring and building trusted relationships both internally and externally. Proven relationships with key CXOs across various Vertical Industries.
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.
- Proven ability to create and inspire successful teams and consistent track record in building / managing high performance teams
