One Click LCA
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The focus of the role is on ensuring our French-speaking customers successfully adopt their life cycle assessment (LCA) software via Live Training, have a great experience whilst doing so and are provided excellent ongoing support via ticket responses. You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment.
Innovative, fast-growing software platform integrating with the entire industry
One Click LCA is the world-leading construction and manufacturing Life Cycle Assessment platform, operated as SaaS. It integrates with all the leading design software packages and all environmental databases in the industry and provides over 60 modules for low-carbon design and carbon transparency. Our innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction and manufacturing industries, responsible for nearly half of the global carbon emissions.
This role is available as a full-time, permanent position and can be based out of Helsinki or performed remotely from European time zones. The role requires fluency in English and French.
What you will do:
- Deliver customer trainings and onboarding to make them successful in their LCA projects
- Own the Customer Success role in the French market, by establishing a trusting relationship with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Helping customers with their queries and their resolution related to the software, building, and product LCA & EPDs
- Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help others
- Write and contribute to guidance articles that are published on our customer help centre page
- Identify customer experience improvements and raise them to Product Management
What you need:
- Ability and motivation to become an expert in the construction sector LCA software
- Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
- High customer and service orientation, with attention to details
- Ability to quickly analyze client situations and find the most suitable solution for them
- Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team
- A degree or experience from LCA, building sustainability, or a related area is an advantage
- Experience in technical support, product training, and process documentation is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and French
