Your responsibility will be to :
Client Management:
- Provide technical support for Prebid module integration.
- Engage regularly with publishers on data and new features.
- Manage your own clients portfolio.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Optimization and Performance:
- Monitor site approval processes with various partners.
- Offer and implement optimizations based on data insights.
- Collaboration and Product Enhancement
Implement company business goals:
- Facilitate new product approaches and adoption.
- Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Introduce clients to new products and guide adoption.
Troubleshooting and Platform Expertise:
- Ensure fast and efficient troubleshooting.
- Understand and promote optimum use of Adagio’s platform.
- Prioritize quick troubleshooting for uninterrupted service.
- Develop deep understanding and encourage optimal use of Adagio’s platform.
About you as Customer Success Manager
- Organized, autonomous, and not afraid to follow up with clients.
- Plus, it would be a significant advantage if:
- You have experience in business development or a background in sales.
- You have worked in a SaaS Tech environment.
