The mission:
1. Supply Planning
- Analyze available demand from markets to generate corresponding Purchase plan to our non-ice cream suppliers.
- Work with sourcing manager and our suppliers of non-ice cream products to provide clear plan of demand and launch productions accordingly.
- Work with sourcing, master data and operations to set up new skus and align replenishment strategies.
- Be main point of contact for the 3PL regarding inbound and inventory variance.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders (marketing and operations) of status of new product, sales, highlight stock at risk and propose solutions.
- Be main point of contact with Account Payable regarding supplier invoices.
- Participate to the set-up of the new GENERAL MILLS supply tool.
2. Demand Planning
- Animate and monitor monthly S&OP for the French shop network and build future plan of demand in APO Demand tool.
- Challenge plans and insights from the different stakeholders (mainly Sales) to ensure Demand plan accuracy, good execution, identify potential risks, and participate to solutions identifications.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and work with demand planning teams, plant and markets to upgrade their demand.
- Proactively identify changes on supply plan due to adjustments of demand plans
- Participate to the set up of the new GENERAL MILLS demand tool.
3. Replenishing markets
- Turn shop selling data into a replenishment plan for France.
- Set and use comprehensive tracker that enables proper replenishment plan for France within contractual targets.
- Lead regular connections with French distributor to manage replenishment.
- Be the main point of contact with the 3PL regarding allocation, and related SAP topics.
- Be the main point of contact with sales team to update sell out, stock at risk and new skus.
- Organize transport to French distributor.
- Provide support to other markets in executing their sales orders for our non-ice cream range;
Hard Skills:
- First Experience in Supply Chain, including managing demand and supply tasks.
- Efficient in managing (Excel), knowledge of SAP supply chain transactions
- Experience in a F&B or FMCG with perishable goods is a plus.
- Knowledge on forecasting module is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Analytic, capacity to structure reasoning and analyze data.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
- Proactivity on identifying risk.
- Ability to work multitasks.
- English & French fluent.
