For the LUMIERE table within the iconic Disneyland Hotel, we are looking for kitchen assistants.
Missions:
- Participate in production on all stations (cold, hot, desserts) from setting up to plating or buffet, in compliance with technical sheets, instructions and established quality standards,
- Participate in the maintenance of equipment and work space,
- Permanently respect the application of health and safety standards.
Profile:
- You have cooking training (all levels), kitchen experience is a plus.
- You have solid knowledge of traditional cuisine and enjoy working in a team.
- You are efficient under service pressure and adapt easily to periods of high activity.
- You are aware that schedule flexibility is necessary to work mornings and evenings depending on the organization of your team.
