A successful Franchise Finance Sr Manager is one who can create and execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchise to drive growth and profitability.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders, Operational Finance Zone Lead and OU CFO to support Franchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Leading the planning process with the controller
- Responsible for the Resource Allocation management
- Manage franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level)
- Coordinate the finance collaboration with RGB and Strategy
- Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations
- Support Franchise long term planning
- Manage all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including:
- Strategic Customer Framework implementation
- Develop and Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth
- Key Customer tenders
- Incidence Pricing 2.0 negotiations at Franchise level
- Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company standards and manage the financials for third party (including customer) contract negotiations.
- Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy
- Support Innovation within the Franchise, including
- Build System value Chains for brands and projects
- Lead portfolio optimization and System ROI analysis
- Manage Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management:
- Lead M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level
- Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level
- Determine pricing strategy and objectives
- Provide Financial input into new product / service development process
- Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management :
- Support Working Capital Optimization initiatives at Legal Entity / Franchise level
- Cash management optimization Analyses
- Support Optimization actions
- Interact with local stakeholders (I.e: Country Director)
- The role will be also part of a dynamic, flexible and agile Franchise Finance talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives in other or across (all) Franchises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- >8 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles
- Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Role model the “Leadership in the Network” definition
- Holistic understanding of business performance
- End-to-end business planning and working cross functionally inside the organization
- Fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborating
- Experience in delivering core financial strategies, practices and solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainable way
- Ability to partner internally as well as externally to effectively drive financial outcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics
