The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. Based in Paris, the CSM will work with global luxury brands and is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills and a deep passion for tech, marketing, data.This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client and agency relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our luxury and premium advertisers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key luxury client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This position is located in Paris and is a fixed-term contract for 7 months.

Client Solutions Manager, Luxury Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client’s marketing objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
  • Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to manage complex workstreams
  • Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies
  • Understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
  • Able to lead multiple and cross functional projects while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with/at agencies (advertising/digital/media), industry experience, or consultant background
  • Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
  • Passion for ad tech, working with data, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages a plus
  • Proficient in managing clients within a demanding and politically sensitive industry
  • Travel 30% of time approx
