The Net Zero Cloud Solution Engineer (NZC SE) is a best in class technical trusted advisor with deep subject matter expertise in Net Zero Cloud, Salesforce’s industry leading ESG management solution, allowing customers to track, manage, and report on sustainability data. Not only is Net Zero Cloud at the heart of our own success at being fully carbon neutral across our full value chain but will be a key enabler for organizations of all shapes and sizes globally for delivering their sustainability targets.

Your impact:
* Participate in web-based and in-person meetings to drive the entire opportunity lifecycle from technical discovery to technical close
* Collaborate strategically with the Sales Team across the customer base and the sales organization to prioritize and develop industry-specific use cases that align with the customer’s objectives
* Implement programs to efficiently scale technical evaluation of Net Zero Cloud across the Industry/Territory.
* Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to deeply understand Salesforce solutions and roadmap, and advocate for key features needed for success across the Industry/Territory via Voice of the Customer feedback.
* Develop scalable, deployable, reusable, and relevant field enablement technical assets that drive differentiated business outcomes in order to accelerate adoption across customers, partners, and sales teams.
* Gifted storyteller able to engage diverse audiences from C-level executives to data architects.
* Delight customers at Salesforce and Industry events including Dreamforce, GreenBiz, and Salesforce World Tours.
* Have a passion for operational excellence that drives scalable ACV growth and customer success.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in the IT industry, with experience in either pre-sales, implementation, or post-sales customer support on the Salesforce platform
* Experience within any or all of the following Salesforce product suites: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, and/or Experience Cloud.
* Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (Admin certification a bonus)
* Knowledge, interest, and/or background in sustainability or carbon accounting
* The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, team-selling tech sales environment
* Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems of customers of varying industries
* Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills – in both remote and onsite settings
* Proven time management & prioritization skills in a dynamic sales environment
* Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high-performing teams
* Being inquisitive: practice at asking questions and searching out answers. You love solving riddles and challenging puzzles.
* Highly driven and self motivated with the ability to learn quickly in an ever-changing environment
